ASET Awards
Human Performance currently offer 23 different workshops all mapped to National Occupational Standards at Level 3 and Level 4. Over the coming months a number of these will be submitted for ASET Awards which will enable delegates, who complete the certificated workshops and following the successful completion of an assessment and/or assignment, to receive the nationally recognised ASET Award in the programme area completed.

This Certificate in Effective Time Management - Level 3 aims to increase a candidate’s capacity to deal with an ever increasing and diverse workload by developing numerous strategies to manage their time to maximise effectiveness and productivity. Success at time management will increase the health and well being of all employees enabling organisations to achieve their objectives both today and in the longer term.
Certificate in Managing Human Performance - Level 3

This Certificate in Managing Human Performance - Level 3 aims to develop the management and leadership abilities of candidates to proactively manage an employee’s performance. Where improvements in performance are not achieved through proactive management and leadership skills candidates will develop competence in utilising their organisations disciplinary and grievance procedures to encourage improvement, whilst ensuring they comply with all relevant employment legislation.
Certificate in Techniques for Conducting Effective Appraisals - Level 3

This Certificate in Techniques for Conducting Effective Appraisals - Level 3 aims to increase a candidate’s knowledge and understanding to confidently and professionally carry out performance and development reviews using their organisations documentation. The appraisal discussion is an excellent opportunity for employer and employee to discuss current performance, address any issues and focus on targets and development opportunities for the coming 12 months. Organisations that constructively utilise the appraisal interview see an increase in employee performance and achievement of business objectives.
Certificate in Successful Project Management - Level 3

This Certificate in Successful Project Management - Level 3 aims to increase candidate’s knowledge and understanding in the principles of project management to enable them to competently perform their duties and achieve success in their projects. Success will enable organisations to achieve their business objectives and support sustainability. Candidates will be able to utilise the four phases of project management to manage and participate in delivering successful project outcomes. Facilitator input, practical sessions and a quality workshop manual will provide all candidates with strategies to define, plan, execute and evaluate their projects whilst being able to resolve problems and negotiate at each stage.
