We are regularly asked by clients if there is an opportunity to send an individual or just a small number of delegates to attend our workshops as an alternative to commissioning the workshop themselves and then having to supply all 12 delegates. The good news is that from the beginning of 2009 Human Performance will be offering the FDAP Certificate, EDI Endorsed Qualifications and the most popular Human Performance Workshops as "Open Courses". We have built up a great network of Quality Training Venues around the country and will be able to offer a location close to you whereby you and your employees can benefit from high quality training and development, all mapped to National Occupational Standards and at a truly competitive price.

What is this programme about?
In two words – “Team” & “Leadership”! And in case you want a bit more information here are some more words: The programme clarifies the difference between management and leadership and identifies the qualities required to be effective at both, before explaining the five core functions of team leadership - all practiced and experienced through an activity that runs throughout the two days. Who is this programme aimed at?
The new team leader – who has probably been promoted and is a bit scared at the challenge of being the boss and wouldn’t mind some training to help them in their new role – please! Or for someone who doesn’t want to be thrown in at the deep end just yet, but wants to develop their skills in readiness for that promotion that’s just around the corner – hopefully! If you also want to gain a Level 2 Qualification in the process, this means it’s definitely for you! And with only 12 candidates allowed on each programme you’ll get plenty of attention and time to get the most from the qualification.
How is this programme delivered?
Practically! You’ll get two consecutive days consisting of seven 50 minute sessions each day. Group sessions throughout and engaging activities after each core function of leadership, all rounded off with a team competitive activity to practice everything learnt on the programme! No PowerPoint slides and no boring lectures - this is no “chalk and talk”!
