We are regularly asked by clients if there is an opportunity to send an individual or just a small number of delegates to attend our workshops as an alternative to commissioning the workshop themselves and then having to supply all 12 delegates. The good news is that from the beginning of 2009 Human Performance will be offering the FDAP Certificate, EDI Endorsed Qualifications and the most popular Human Performance Workshops as "Open Courses". We have built up a great network of Quality Training Venues around the country and will be able to offer a location close to you whereby you and your employees can benefit from high quality training and development, all mapped to National Occupational Standards and at a truly competitive price.

What is this programme about?
Getting to know about projects a little bit more intimately really! Rather than just being a distant acquaintance, or a friend of a friend, this programme will get you on first name terms with project management. It uses the same four phases of the project life-cycle covered on our best selling Level 3 Qualification, but is delivered at a very practical hands on level with all the important “stuff” explained. Who is this programme aimed at?
Anyone that either works as part of a project team or would like to work as part of a project team – so, if you’re reading this, it probably means you! If you’re not convinced we should perhaps mention that you’ll gain a Level 2 Qualification in the process? Definitely sounds like you now doesn’t it? And with only 12 candidates allowed on each programme you’ll get plenty of attention and time to get the most from the qualification.
How is this programme delivered?
Engagingly! With lots of practical activities so you’ll get a chance to use the various techniques covered! You’ll get two consecutive days consisting of seven 50 minute sessions each day. Each session will be delivered with enthusiasm, using relevant and appropriate examples to enable candidates to connect with the material and get back to work and utilise their new skills immediately. No PowerPoint slides and no boring lectures - this is no “chalk and talk”!
