Human Performance currently offer 28 different workshops all mapped to National Occupational Standards at Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 . Since September 2007 we have successfully submitted six Level 3 programmes and two Level 2 programmes for accreditation as EDI Endorsed Qualifications. This enables delegates, who complete our certificated workshops and following the successful completion of an assessment and/or assignment, to receive the nationally recognised EDI Qualification in the programme area completed.

Introductory Certificate in Management & Leadership Techniques - Level 2

Date of Accreditation: 19th September 2008

This Introductory Certificate in Management & Leadership Techniques - Level 2 aims to introduce candidates to the core processes of leadership and management through a simple but effective leadership model, aligned closely to five practical techniques to enable them to become a successful team leader. This programme will provide candidates with a clear route for career progression into junior management and allow them to assume additional responsibilities for other team members. Success at this Level 2 Qualification - followed by six months in a management role - will enable a candidate to gain access to our Level 3 Supervisory Management and Leadership EDI Qualification in the future.

Certificate in Supervisory Management & Leadership Techniques - Level 3

Date of Accreditation: 2nd September 2008

The Certificate in Supervisory Management & Leadership Techniques - Level 3 aims to increase a candidate’s knowledge and understanding in the principles of management and leadership to enable them to competently and effectively line manage their employees. Success at management and leadership will lead to more effective performance of teams with better results for organisations. All candidates will receive a comprehensive workshop manual with quality session summary sheets covering each element of the programme to enable full utilisation of the workshop learning’s back in the workplace.

Introductory Certificate in Successful Project Management - Level 2

Date of Accreditation: 8th July 2008l

This Introductory Certificate in Successful Project Management - Level 2 aims to introduce candidates to the four phases of the project management life cycle using an interesting and engaging role play case study which will enable them to take greater ownership within projects they are involved in – either now or in the future. This programme will also provide candidates with a clear route for career progression into project management should they so desire. Success at this Level 2 Qualification - followed by six months in a project management role - will enable a candidate to gain access to our Level 3 Successful Project Management EDI Qualification in the future.

Certificate in Effective Time Management - Level 3

Date of Accreditation: 7th February 2008

This Certificate in Effective Time Management - Level 3 aims to increase a candidate’s capacity to deal with an ever increasing and diverse workload by developing numerous strategies to manage their time to maximise effectiveness and productivity. Success at time management will increase the health and well being of all employees enabling organisations to achieve their objectives both today and in the longer term.

Certificate in Managing Human Performance - Level 3

Date of Accreditation: 21st January 2008

This Certificate in Managing Human Performance - Level 3 aims to develop the management and leadership abilities of candidates to proactively manage an employee’s performance. Where improvements in performance are not achieved through proactive management and leadership skills candidates will develop competence in utilising their organisations disciplinary and grievance procedures to encourage improvement, whilst ensuring they comply with all relevant employment legislation.

Certificate in Techniques for Conducting Effective Appraisals - Level 3

Date of Accreditation: 5th December 2007

This Certificate in Techniques for Conducting Effective Appraisals - Level 3 aims to increase a candidate’s knowledge and understanding to confidently and professionally carry out performance and development reviews using their organisations documentation. The appraisal discussion is an excellent opportunity for employer and employee to discuss current performance, address any issues and focus on targets and development opportunities for the coming 12 months. Organisations that constructively utilise the appraisal interview see an increase in employee performance and achievement of business objectives.

Certificate in Successful Project Management - Level 3

Date of Accreditation: 24th October 2007

This Certificate in Successful Project Management - Level 3 aims to increase candidate’s knowledge and understanding in the principles of project management to enable them to competently perform their duties and achieve success in their projects. Success will enable organisations to achieve their business objectives and support sustainability. Candidates will be able to utilise the four phases of project management to manage and participate in delivering successful project outcomes. Facilitator input, practical sessions and a quality workshop manual will provide all candidates with strategies to define, plan, execute and evaluate their projects whilst being able to resolve problems and negotiate at each stage.

Introductory Certificate in Negotiation Skills - Level 2

Currently being submitted for accreditation

This is our newest programme having only been completed in January 2009. Whilst currently being delivered for a national client as a practical Human Performance workshop it will be developed shortly as a Nationally Endorsed Level 2 Qualification. The programme is focused on how to influence and persuade stakeholders and is an ideal companion programme to our Level 3 Certificate in Successful Project Management.
