About Human Performance

Human Performance was established at the beginning of 2002 and has successfully built up a reputation for high quality and practical training and development. 1000's of delegates have benefited from our workshops all of which are mapped across to National Occupational Standards. Since September 2007 we have been endorsed by National Awarding Bodies to offer our programmes as Nationally Endorsed Awards. This means that candidates that attend and complete one of our Professional Endorsed Awards attain a nationally recognised certificate..

In addition to the Endorsed Awards we offer, the majority of our Human Performance Workshops are written bespoke for the client which ensures that business objectives are always met; that the workshop is extremely relevant to the employee’s roles and responsibilities; the employee enjoys and is motivated by the development opportunity; and they can quickly utilise the new skills when back in the workplace.

Our workshops can be delivered in ½ day up to 5 day formats and workshops can be put together to offer a structured development programme. Workshops can accommodate between 4 to 20 delegates (average of 12) depending on the particular subject and room size.

About James Turner

All programmes and workshops are delivered by the Managing Director of The Performance Group, James Turner. James’s area of specialism is in management development and he has worked with many organisations supporting their management teams to run and develop the business. Unlike a lot of people in HR Consultancy he has spent his entire working life as a leader and it is this successful and practical approach to people management that he brings to all Human Performance workshops. The key focus of Human Performance has always been to deliver practical bespoke training. To this end James writes and develops all of Human Performance’s learning material and bespoke’s everything to tailor it to the client’s specific needs to ensure relevance to all delegates.

Unlimited FREE Support & Guidance

Another unique attraction of Human Performance is that every delegate that attends one of our workshops is provided with unlimited FREE support and guidance following each workshop to assist them in utilising the skills and knowledge learnt at the workshop and converting it into competence in the workplace. This support can be via email or personal telephone call and is absolutely 100% free and without any obligations attached. All delegates receive James’s contact details on the pens and folders provided at every workshop as well as on the business card on the inside of their delegate pack.
