Case Study 1
Human Performance have been supporting a national charity client since 2004 (over 110 projects across the country) with their workforce development strategy developing their managers to successfully manage their projects. This has been achieved by delivering a series of 1 and 2 day bespoke practical workshops mapped to National Occupational Standards.
Case Study 2
In 2002 Human Performance designed and developed a 12 month development programme aimed at developing retail branch mangers into highly effective and competent retail area managers. This bespoke programme encompassed nationwide structured recruitment assessment centres; an outward bound skills awareness workshop followed by a 10 month structured development programme to prepare the delegates for promotion. Human Performance are currently managing the 7th year of this area manager academy development programme.
Case Study 3
Human Performance developed a bespoke 3 year long structured programme mapped across to the requirements of the national Modern Apprenticeship Programme to enable paper boys and girls to become retail branch managers. This development programme delivered job skills, people development skills as well as 3 NVQ’s and Key Skills. The development programme was a 3 year rolling programme and ran for 6 years and was highly effective at developing 16 year olds into assistant retail branch mangers by age 19.
