About Our Workshops
Listed below are all the current Human Performance Developing Skills Workshops available from January 2009 all of which map to relevant National Occupational Standards. All Human Performance Developing Skills Workshops are bespoked and personalised for a client. Although this tailoring can take between ½ to 1 days work it does ensure that the workshops are relevant to the employee being developed and that the skills being delivered meet the client’s particular business objectives.
Every delegate receives a workshop manual with session summary sheets which includes a quality folder, all handouts and pen as well as FREE unlimited follow up support and advice for each candidate to utilise the learnings from the workshop and develop competence when back at work. Attendance certificates and unit summaries are available for all delegates if required.
Most Human Performance Developing Skills Workshops are complimentary to the EDI Endorsed Programmes and can be developed into EDI Nationally Endorsed Qualifications, at either Level 2 or Level 3 as appropriate, if there is a requirement to achieve certification in a particular area.
