Lorraine’s background includes over eight years working as a Legal Services Manager in the NHS managing legal issues as well as developing training a programme on ‘managing medical legal issues effectively’. Leading on from her role in the NHS she took on a struggling retail business and successfully doubled the turnover by training a small team of staff on customer service and utilising effective pricing strategies. 

More recently Lorraine has worked in a consultancy capacity for the Volkswagen Group and for Cognisco Limited. Whilst working with Volkswagen and Audi, Lorraine conducted numerous training assessments for customer service, and communication skills for dealership staff, to identify employee skills and development needs. For Cognisco - a global leader in assessment solutions - Lorraine has worked with BP, EDF, National Grid and Network Rail, developing on-line assessments to assist with training needs analysis covering a range of topics related to customer service, management and project management.

In addition Lorraine has taught psychology at ‘A’ level, and is an Associate Lecturer for the Open University.  She is also about to embark on an MSc in Occupational Psychology at the University of Leicester.

Lorraine has joined Human Performance as an assessor of our Level 3 EDI Endorsed Qualifications and is able to apply her wide range of experience in management, customer service, assessment training consultancy and education to help assist the company to continue to grow and develop.
