Established in 2002, we are a family-owned business. We have spent the past 20+ years focusing on providing the most personal 1:1 HR Support, Guidance, Advice and Resource service you will ever find. Still led on a daily basis by its CEO and Founder - but with its future secured in the hands of his eldest son (currently the Director of HR Operations) - The Performance Group Limited is unique in its approach to providing HR Support, Guidance, Advice and Resources.
We have always prioritised maintaining our very personal 1:1 HR service, over growing for the sake of growth. That's why our clients tell us that they feel like they're our only client. And it's the reason why over 95% of our clients - that have ever taken out a contract with us - are still with us today!
Client retention like this, doesn't happen by luck. It's entirely down to our rock solid approach to supporting every client as if they were our only client - and prioritising the needs of their business when advising them. We currently have circa 100 clients - many of whom have been with us now for five, 10 and 15 years+. However, we also operate a self-imposed cap on new client growth to be a maximum of 10% per year. This means that we will never risk our incredible service level promises and delivery, over the pursuit of new clients.
